Yogurt berry pops

Let’s celebrate the high temperatures of Dubai!
These berry pops are healthy and high in protein. Your kids will enjoy making them!

Ingredients for about 5 pops

– 250 gr of plain Greek Yogurt

– 3 Teaspoons of honey or agave syrup
– Few drops of vanilla extract
– 20 gr of blueberries

– 20 gr of raspberries


1/ Blend the Greek yogurt, honey & the vanilla extract.

2/ In half of this mixture, add a few berries and place into the ice pop molds.
3/ Freeze the pops for about 15 minutes just to harden them up.
4/ Meanwhile, blend the remaining of the Greek yogurt and the berries.
5/ Add the mix to the ice pop molds.
6/ Freeze at least 3 – 4 hours.




Replace berries by any other fruits such as mango, kiwi, banana, strawberries, coco, watermelon, …

You can also try savory recipes with cucumber or tomato!
